Warranty Submission Form

Please be advised that by initiating a warranty claim pursuant to the invoice reference mentioned above, the following terms and conditions shall apply:

Ticket Creation and Response Period: A warranty claim ticket will be created based on the invoice reference provided. The claimant is required to respond to all inquiries or requests for information related to the warranty claim within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of ticket creation. In the event that no response is received within the specified time frame, the warranty claim ticket shall be automatically closed and rendered void. Upon closure of the ticket, any and all outstanding balances related to the original invoice shall become immediately due and payable in full. Failure to settle such balances will result in the inability to initiate any further warranty claim tickets until full payment has been received.
Core Return and Extension Period: If a core return is outstanding or otherwise owed as part of the warranty process, an additional extension of fifteen (15) calendar days will be granted for the completion of the core return. Notwithstanding any ongoing warranty claim processes or outcomes, the core return and any associated payments will become due on the forty-fifth (45th) calendar day from the date of the original ticket creation, regardless of the progress or resolution of the warranty claim.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By submitting a claim online or otherwise engaging in correspondence related to the warranty claim, the claimant hereby acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This agreement is binding and enforceable upon the claimant's response to this communication, and the claimant waives any right to contest these terms at a later date.
